Alpine Kosher is supervised under the strict direction of the Vaad ha Koshrus of Metrowest, New Jersey. Alpine Kosher’s full time Mashgiach, Rabbi Moshe Katuna, works side by side with Rabbi Yakov Teichman and his team to communicate and coordinate kosher directives to our Executive Chef Paul Fonte and his kitchen team to ensure all food and operations are compliant with all Glatt Kosher Dietary laws. Rabbi Katuna or a senior Mashgiach are present during all preparation and service during events so that as the host, you can rest assured that any guests that may have questions may speak to a Kosher Supervisor prior, or during an event of any size.
